106 FIELD BATTERY
HOME PAGE

The 106th Field Battery has a long and distinguished history.   The Battery has served two tours in Vietnam and was re-raised in the mid 1970's to conduct the Australian Army, Royal Australian Artillery gun trials of the American XM198 and XM204 and the British FH70 155mm Howitzers to replace the aging 5.5inch medium artillery.   Given the extensive history of 106th Field Battery a single Home Page and Notice Board has been established along with Photo Albums and Nominal Roll for each of the Batteries significant periods of existence.   Note to return to this page simply click on any of the 106 Field Battery plaques.   Your participation is gratefully appreciated.
