Excluding the script, this logo was designed and created by Mr Kim I. McGrath for use on another web site.   However the intellectual property rights to use this logo in any format that is similar to, a derivative of or the same as the original of this logo were withdrawn from the other web site, by Mr Kim I. McGrath, when it had closed down and passed onto the Australian Artillery Association thereby ensuring the continuation of the tradition behind the logo.   The Australian Artillery Association humbly accept this honour.   The symbol is that of a map of Australia with the colours of the Royal Australian Artillery banded through the centre of the map upon which has been placed the badge of the Royal Australian Artillery with the motto GUNNERS all over AUSTRALIA which is self explanatory.   With time this logo along with the Australian Artillery Associations' current logo will be combined to create not only a new logo but a symbol that represents every Australian Gunner.
